Great for microdosing but wish dose was 2gr per dose instead of 1 since I feel best the effects long term with 2gr. Pricewise could be better for such an ammount. As always great packaging and delivery service.

De truffels geven mij rust en ruimte in mijn hoofd. Ook meer geduld en alles zie ik wat luchtiger. Dit is de 2e x dat ik aan het microdosen ben en niet voor niets! Het brengt mij zoveel! Ik kan het iedereen aanraden. Zoek je ‘sweet spot’ op qua hoeveelheid en schema, bij iedereen is dat anders.

Hi there! I've started to microdose 3 weeks ago so maybe it's a bit too soon to tell but overall, I feel great and pretty creative, more motivated, more connected. I'm used to higher dosage so I'm not sure what to expect. I'll update in a few weeks!

From micro to mini-dosing
See my comment under the standard micro-dosing truffles. I moved to a double-dose for these to have an effect. I didn't notice any effect with the single-dose, not even in the longer term. However a double-dose cuts it for me. It gives me a barely perceptible trippy effect for a short duration, following which I become extremely productive and creative. It is quite amazing, so, instead of following a prescribed dosing schedule, I take a double dose, when I have set myself many tasks to complete during the day. This also includes completing serious workouts. so there you have it. I like them, but give them 4 stars, because the 1 gram dose doesn't do anything for me. But, we are all different, aren't we.

Malgré leur gout de semelles les microdoses en truffes sont des alliées redoutable de la vie de tout les jours. 1g sera surement trop à prendre tout les 4 jours donc je conseille à toute utilisateurs de graduellement faire monter la dose jusqu'à trouver ce qui vous correspond le mieux.

Creativity and flow
I took one of these yesterday and UFFF that was intense ! Even with one dose. At the beginning I wanted to throw up but when I remember that wanting to throw up is something within me that I reject, I sat with myself and started to breathe + be okay to embrace all parts of me and the nausea went away. I had beautiful epiphanies around spiritual stuffs and it helped me with something I’m currently working on at work. Then, I went eat with strangers and I was super stressed (the shrooms amplify +++ my emotions but it’s cool because it helps me become so much more aware of myself and my survival mechanisms), and finally, I went to social bachata dance and I flowed like water, following my leaders like never before. I felt invested in the discussions and felt safe to integrate myself with the people I met. Very beautiful first experience to feel high effects for a dose and then go to surround myself with a lot of people.

J'ai commencé le microdosage il y a maintenant un mois en utilisant ce pack. Comme indiqué, j'ai suivis le calendrier "une prise tous les trois jours" et les résultats commencent à se faire sentir. Les doses sont un peu forte au début, j'ai ressenti quelques effets légers sur les heures qui ont suivis les premières prises, mais c'était peut être placebo. Pour le reste, je commence à me sentir plus motivé et serein au quotidien, je me souviens mieux de mes rêves et ils sont plus dense et nombreux. J'en ai recommandé un stock histoire de voir ce que ça donne sur une plus longue période. J'avais décidé de prendre ce pack après avoir lu le commentaire d'un écrivain en panne d'inspiration, étant moi même plongé dans l'écriture d'un premier roman, je me suis laissé tenter.

Got what i expected
Fastest delivery to date. Took around 6 days to arrive in Greece Athens I like the micro dose kits, because even if you want to take a bigger dose, it is packed individually in 1gram packets, so it wont spoil if you open it, like the 10gram packets. Also it is all the small truffles from their harvest, which i believe have a overall higher content of psilocybin pr. gram. Zamnesia never disappointed me yet.

Je suis écrivain. J’étais en panne de créativité. J’ai essayé Zamnesia en micro dosage sans trop de conviction et ça marche!! Au bout de deux semaines, après avoir tâtonné avec mon dosage idéal (3g dans mon cas), j’ai enfin arrêté de regarder ma page blanche en me demandant où j’allais. Je suis ravi!

Microdosis creativity
No están mal, de todas formas no sé si hay alguna diferencia con las clásicas o solo es el packaging. Estaría bien saber el contenido de cada una. La próxima vez me decantaré por las clásicas ya que de creatividad poco y nada.

Malgré, que le kit de culture de champignons mexicain n'a rien donné et que j'ai été très déçu de perdre un peu plus de 48 euros, à la différence, le cadeau de Microdosing était sympa comme tout avec 4 micro doses( )!. Maintenant, j'espère que le service client de Zamnezia, va ce décider à me contacter afin que nous puissions trouver un éventuel arrangement commercial ( ) ! En attendant,le pack de de micro dosage pour être bien, durant 2 où 3 h je le recommande . Merci

Ik ben heel erg tevreden met de microdosing zakjes . Uitstelgedrag smelt als ijs in de zon , ik voel me ook rustiger en merk dat ik kleine details waar ik me druk over maakte gemakkelijker kan loslaten . Ook de omgang met mijn drie pubers is verbeterd , ik ben geduldiger en wil niet meer steeds mijn mening opdringen . Op creatief vlak helpt het me ook vooruit , door een vrijer gevoel te hebben is mijn werk sneller klaar en durf ik andere dingen uit te proberen . Klein minpuntje is de verpakking , die is moeilijk te openen en daar mors ik altijd mee . Nog op een creatieve manier aan het uitzoeken hoe ik dit het beste oplos
