seems to work great and will probably last very long despite beeing 10ml.
i didnt tried without it but uptil now the germ rate is 100% with a year old seeds.
its some kind of fertilizer that may give your lady nutrients before its even born, so there may be a point in always using some kind of seedbooster even if you can pop seeds without it, but idk.
used method:
mixed for spraying 1 drop in ~200ml distilled water
paper towel (3x cotton pads in a cup) + plastic box + heatmat
temperaturewise i had ~ 30-32c at the bottom of the box and ~ 22-27c in the air of the box with ~99% RH
and the root appeared after 1-2 days.
